I want you to feel confident buying from Wash Strategy. This page explains how refunds work on the Wash Strategy Audit Kit and any other paid product on this site. If you have a question that is not answered here, email me at daniel@washstrategy.com and I will help.
If you buy the Audit Kit and it is not the right fit for your store, email me within 14 days of your purchase and I will refund you. I built this product to give working laundromat owners practical, usable findings, not theory. If it does not do that for you, I would rather give your money back than have you feel you wasted it.
To request a refund, email daniel@washstrategy.com from the address you used to purchase, within 14 days of the purchase date. Please include a short note about what did not work for you, so I can make sure the refund is handled properly and improve the product.
Payments for Wash Strategy products are handled by our payment processor, which acts as the merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through that processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
This guarantee is offered in good faith for owners genuinely deciding whether the product fits their store. I reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of clear abuse, for example, repeated purchases and refunds, or requests well outside the 14-day window. For everyone acting in good faith, which is almost everyone, the guarantee is simple: if it is not right for you, reach out and I will make it right.

I would rather point you in the right direction than sell you something that is not for you.
